We do not give refunds for in app purchases, if your google/itunes account was hacked or your kid/brother/sister/friends kid/random passer by/pet/panda or you bought it by mistake/without knowledge then you need to talk to either google or apple or your bank. If your credit card was used without permission it is a matter for the police and your bank. Even if it was your own child!
