Your job will not only be to analyse data, but to work with game designers to implement your findings in to current and existing games as well as to work with programmers to improve data collection methods. You should therefore have good team working skills.

The ideal candidate should have;

• Strong maths skills, preferably with an A-Level or Degree in a related field and be passionate about numbers.
• Good English skills, both verbal and written, in particular report writing.
• The ability to draw conclusions and convey ideas to others.

While not required we will be looking for people with;

• A strong love for games, specifically mobile games and MMO’s
• An understanding of psychology and how it relates to the data

Position: Android Developer

Responsibilities will include:

• Create all aspects of game art and animations for premium quality iPhone & flash games, from concept to final release.
• Use Adobe Flash/Illustrator/Photoshop/Lightwave or similar to create quality game art & animations.
• Work closely with game designers and programmers throughout the production process to deliver polished, professional graphical assets.

Required Skills:

• We’re ideally looking for a primarily 2D artist with a cartoony style – 3D ability would be a great asset too!

Position: 2D/3D Game Artist

We are looking for both a junior and senior developer to join our web developer department. You'll be working with THE BEST guys in the office (and by coincidence the guy that updates this website). The job will never be boring.

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating Complex MMO gaming API engines for mobile, social media and flash.
• Updating existing websites and creating new ones that serve millions of users a day..
• Creating and maintaining internal tools for the company.

Required Skills:

• You'll need a strong knowledge of both procedural and object-orientated coding in PHP5
• A full working knowledge of HTML, CSS 2.1, Javascript
• An understanding of different forms of cross platform communication in the form of XML and JSON
• MySQL in particular the ability to optimize for heavy load servers
• You must be able to write code from scratch without relying on third party plugins and extensions
• The ability to hack together certain features within a very tight schedule. While it's never desirable you'll have to come to terms with it.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• A little previous work in jQuery and jQuery UI
• A degree in a related computing field would be preferable
• An understanding of Photoshop and the ability to take a PSD and convert it in to a working application

Please be aware that you need not have any particular knowledge of coding for Flash (however if you do its a bonus) but you'll need some experience coding in general, we can teach you the rest. Of course it also massively helps if you are interested in these games as well, it'll make your job a lot more fun.
